S1 E5 Better Living Meditation - Loving Kindness Meditation

S1 E5 of Better Living Meditations, a guided meditation, will introduce you to  Loving Kindness Meditation (LKM). At its core, Loving Kindness Meditation focuses on kind thoughts and intensions towards ourselves, towards others, perhaps even towards situations. These practices help us re-focus, take real stock of a situation and retrain our brains and bodies to respond versus react.
