In November of 2017, Oprah Winfrey & Deepak Choprah offered a 21-day meditation. After 17 of the 21 days, I was hooked! It transformed my ability to control my emotions, focus on tasks at hand and importantly— to get things done!
After six years of meditating regularly, I have an inner calm, a positive outlook and a stable core that is nearly imperturbable.
